The Community Association Management - My HOA Homeowner and Board App provides a convenient mobile interface for interacting with your community association. Users can process payments, view account information, and access community resources all within a single platform.

Existing users with login credentials for the association's website can seamlessly access the app using the same email address and password they utilize for the website. For new users, registration is simple – by clicking on the register button and submitting required details, registration can be completed. Upon approval, an email containing a password setup link will be sent to facilitate login through the app.

For those who have forgotten their password, a password reset procedure is in place within the app. By clicking on the Forgot Password link and providing the email address associated with the account, users can reset their password via a link sent to their email.

Upon successful login, homeowners gain access to various features:

• Easily manage multiple properties
• Homeowner Dashboard
• Access to association documents, directories, photos, and Contact Us page
• Payment of assessments
• Review compliance violations by adding comments and capturing images from mobile devices
• Submit ARC (Architectural Review Committee) requests along with pictures and attachments for review
• View homeowner ledgers
• Submit work orders, monitor their status, and provide updates with mobile-captured images and comments
